Oh, that's quite surprising to me, for some reason I thought you're a Heat and D-Wade's fan.

Oh I am. But I'm from Toronto and the Raptors always been one of my teams. Support the Heat cuz of D-Wade then LeBron and Bosh, the Raptors cuz that's my hometown.

If he doesn't pick soon we should probably replace him with someone more active.

Re: PC Board All-Time Fantasy League Project
Well, I don't think he's interested. I don't think he's even posted in this thread after putting his name forward, and I'm not sure if he's too active on the PC board itself. HeartBreakKid has volunteered in his place. I think we should sub him in, he's an active poster. Only question is, where do we place him on the draft order? Do we move whitehops up, or give HeartBreakKid 12 hours to make a pick at the 15th spot then go to whitehops?
Since whitehops hasn't made his pick yet, it could be easy to take a step back and give HeartBreakKid a chance to make a pick?

Either ones good with me, as long as we get this project going. I'm interested in seeing the teams.

Since whitehops hasn't made a pick yet, I'd just put HeartBreakKid right in at 15

Re: PC Board All-Time Fantasy League Project
Alright, that's decided then. HeartBreakKid subbed in for Mars_Blackmon at pick#15.

Agreed.
HeartBreakKid is a good and active poster so he's a very good candidate for that (seemingly) vacant place.

Re: PC Board All-Time Fantasy League Project
So, Doctor J is the next guy off the board. I didn't figure to see him, but I guess he was still plenty good after the 70's.
Not a lot of all-time greats at SF either, so I can't wait to see how this shakes out.

Re: PC Board All-Time Fantasy League Project
I figure Dr.J was probably an after thought since no one really thinks of him as an 80s player. Still well within his prime.
Any reason for the 79 cut off?

Re: PC Board All-Time Fantasy League Project
3 point line, basically. It's much harder to compare teams when you've got some guy from the 60's or 70's in there and have no idea how they'd do in the modern game.

Re: PC Board All-Time Fantasy League Project
Doc is a good pick because he can get along with anyone and slide into whatever role is necessary. He doesn't even have to be the guy who takes the most shots. He's not a ball dominant player and there are no chemistry/ego concerns with Julius whatsoever.

Maybe you can take whitehops spot ... (we wanted 16 teams for playoff format i think)

16 teams is ideal for the playoffs, otherwise there will be a few complications that I would rather avoid. Sorry about that, you were posting on the general board and you missed your draft slot by quite a bit so we assumed that you weren't interested anymore. Not much can be done now.
