Long-term, history-making, sports-significant, maybe even culturally-significant - if those are the standards of "story", you're compelled to pick the women's fight. But I don't even know if it's any of those things - who is to know? Is it going to inspire? Ought it to?

Purely on an immediate, 'oh, ****, did you see that last night?', it's Andy getting KOd. The fight I talked about the most with casual people in the real w. Gets my vote.
Hi love, bye love, I will miss my love.

The broken leg may overtake the KO, it just hasn't had time yet.

As CBR said, the first women's fight jumps out as the choice, but it really wasn't that big of a story.

I'm going Fallon Fox. Sparked some debate and controversy.

**** year for MMA stories I guess.

If we're looking back from the future the 2 Silva events are going to run together and that'll likely be the biggest story, though it does depends on how women in the UFC turns out long term.

I think it's the KO of Silva.

I am going with Anderson Silva getting KO'ed. He'd been such a dominant force for so long and to see him humanized was paradigm changing along the same lines of Fedor's first real loss. Its not every day a "god" is brought down to earth but when it happens its the big story. I almost voted for the first woman's fight in the UFC but for me its less of a story because I think most people felt it was kinda inevitable. Ronda was a star and Strikeforce's most marketable fighter once the aura surrounding Fedor disappeared. The UFC wasn't just going to let her walk over to Bellator and make them money.

I find it kind of crazy that the women's fight has zero votes. That was a huge moment.

The Anderson KO was a once in a 20-year type of shocking moment
