Crazy trade idea

Post#1 » by kurtis48239 » Tue Jan 7, 2014 1:34 am

This is probably a real longggggggggg shot but what about this.We have seen many trade threads on RG about monroe for chandler/faried.So iam thinking we trade moose and one of jj/siva/mitchell/ for chandler/faried.Now we trade faried/cv (expiring)/bynum for arron afflalo.

Denver gets a nice big to build around in monroe and a player for their bench, this helps in their tanking (if they are)it also allows them to trade mcgee.

magic get a good, young player in faried and a backup pg in bynum and a expiring in cv,this will also help in their tank.

Det becomes
c-dre
pf-smith
sf-chandler
sg-aaron
pg-jennings

we could add more players to any trade and stuckey another expiring contract and picks to help balance it out more.If dumars could pull something like this off,he would be a genius.I also understand this would be a crazy couple of trades to try and pull off,but its something to think about. :D

This website love to trade Greg Monroe.

While I'm in favor of the roster balancing, it really doesn't matter. Until this team receives a real coach, a positive team culture and a front office that isn't mentally weak, the team will continue to under achieve, regardless of whom you're putting out there.

I'd deal Moose for Chandler and Faried but I don't see Denver saying yes.

Unfortunately true.

They would get that new roster together, and then refuse to experiment with it to find the best rotation, just like they're doing now, and Cheeks would still be just as clueless.

I'd still trade him though because I don't want to resign him and need to get something. I'd rather have Jeff Green than Chandler though

Agree with everything about the culture here. From GM to the waterboy this team needs a new look. NBA limbo is no place to be.
