Per NBA rules, teams will only introduce a new third jersey at least two years after unveiling a new logo and uniform set. My guess is that the sleeved jerseys are separate from that though, since it's a marketing thing that the league as a whole is trying to do.

Is it just me or do those NBA rules not apply to the Miami Heat who seem to have an Oregon level of number of different jerseys throughout the season?
