If we get Bynum - good gamble.

If we don't go for Bynum - Good sign, means we think Oden is going to work at least to some degree.

Plus it means we're keeping the door open to Okafor, which is a more natural fit with us.

It makes sense for the Heat not to show much interest in Bynum until he clears waivers ...

@KBergCBS
As expected, the Bulls just finalized the paperwork waiving Andrew Bynum, acquired in last night's Luol Deng trade, league source says.

Bynum has been waived, should clear waivers in 48 hours, unless someone wants to pay him the rest of his 12 mill dollar contract this year.

Ok the first step is done. Bynum has been waived lets see what the Heat do now. reports say Heat will keep Mason jr. but we will see what happens

Michael Wallace has a point with this post.

If Riley bit on Blount, Ilgauskas, Dampier, Curry, Turiaf & Oden, he'd likely crave for Bynum - even if it's overindulgence

Never thought of it this way. So, signing him or not signing him, both are good signs! :D

Who? I can't think of any under the cap except Boston...and I don't think Ainge cares enough about us anymore to make that kind of move. The better he makes his team, the worse of a chance to draft Wiggins/Parker. He could sign him and then shut him down, but then he's literally giving away $12 mil for nothing. That won't sit well with fans of Boston. And iirc, he's guaranteed for TWO years if his waivers are picked up. No way in hell would anyone do it unless they actually want him. Especially of his potential to be a lockerroom cancer. I just don't see it.

But I don't know. Who's to really say he'll clear waivers until he actually does? Who's to say he'll decide to come here? Who's to say if he comes here, that it will actually work in our favor? I'm just going to be patient and enjoy what we have.
