My biggest worry. If Ross is going to hire someone to run football operations, they should decide for themselves if Philbin is worth keeping or start over with a new coaching staff.

I like the guy from Philly that's been reported as a candidate, Tom Gamble. He has been part of the Colts, 49ers and Eagles organizations over the last 10 years evaluating talent. Look at those rosters over the last 10 years. Good talent around. Let's hope Ross doesn't screw this one up.

The Miami Dolphins have their offensive coordinator. Bill Lazor, the Eagles’ quarterbacks coach, has accepted the job, The Miami Herald has confirmed. The Dolphins did not immediately make the news official

I'm not liking this signing but whatever. Can't be worse than Mr. "Ted Ginn Jr. is a Miami Dolphin".

Stephen Ross' ineptitude makes me appreciate Micky Arison so much more.

In a quarterback class with 3 pro-bowl caliber qbs, we took the 4th best qb...typical Dolphins.

I don't know that RGIII would be ahead of RT right now. And RT numbers are not that far from Luck's although Luck took his team to the playoffs and RGIII did too two season's ago.

I would like to see RT with a good offensive line and a good running game before ranking him last in his class.
Needless to say, Wilson has been a highly effective QB over the last two seasons. Not super star quality but just highly effective to win which is all I would want from RT.
Player RTG Yds TDs
Luck 87.0 3,822 23
Tannehill 81.7 3,913 24
Wilson 101.2 3,357 26
Griffin III 82.2 3,203 16

There was a bit of a wait at Booker T. Washington, but when it ended, Miami came out on top.

After a little bit of late drama and the possibility of losing defensive end Chad Thomas to Alabama, the five-star prospect honored his verbal commitment and signed with the Hurricanes, joining teammate Demetrius Jackson as the newest members of Miami’s signing class.
