Overall it might have been a poor draft class, but I really like Burke, Dipo and MCW and they are going to be in the league a long long time.

Add the Greek Freak too! IDK if he turns out any good or not but what he is showing at this age and experience level is impressive. Bucks FO, can you guys please trade us your lotto pick and the Greek for some vets. The east is really weak this year, you guys can get your annual 8th seed!!!!!

My goodness Oladipo... I like how the top 3 rookies are all great defensive players, MCW leads league in steals, Oladipo has some sick plays and Giannis has a freakish combination of size and athleticism.

As a Blazers fan when I saw that I freaked out, it was a nice block, just an insane display of how athletic he is taking like 2 side steps to get up and block that it was just beautiful, all I remember thinking afterwords was he should have passed it to the guy trailing. :D

He is definitely intriguing, but he is also still really quite a way from being a consistent NBA performer. If he gets it all together he could be a great rookie, but I am prepared to give him a year or three to prove himself.

Happy for CJ!

Hopefully he can find his place on a team that already has stuff figured out.

Good comment about MCW's and Oladipo's defensive ability. Add KCP to that list. This kid's really a good player and a great defender in the making. His scoring is starting to come around on a Pistons team that runs no plays for him because, according to Cheeks, he's a rookie. Pistons expect him to deal with not have plays called for him - they're teaching him to play the right way, so he's always defending and hustling. He's being integrated more into the offense now - but his real breakout will likely come next season.

We Pistons fans pretty unanimously like this pick a lot.

CJ McCollum in limited minutes doing pretty well. Looking confident and like he is meant to be there, even decent on defense so far. Fitting into the Blazers offense pretty decently, and against Boston seems to be playing well with Mo Williams. Still playing himself into game shape and learning the pace and flow of the game (specifically Stott's offense) but is looking pretty good and in control. Hasn't tried to do too much yet.

2 games in with a PER of 17.15 (if he qualified it would be 3rd place behind rookies: Miraslav Raduljica and MCW)
14mins shooting 54.5% overall
66.7% 2P%
40% 3P%
0 FTAs
Being a Blazer fan isn't exactly healthy.
