Yeah wtf was with that?! He is the guy who said NBA players who start scuffles should be put in a cage and battle it out "hockey style", and then (as you mention) he constantly complains about how soft the league is and/or it's too strict on player's expressing emotion.

Don't we have the best win percentage of any team going for a 3 peat? Didn't the Bulls win 72 in 96? They weren't trying to 3 peat, they were looking for the first ring of the second three peat and MJ had just taken a year and half off. This comparison is not equal. First 3 peat, the Bulls won 57 games!

To be honest, I think LeBron looks a little burnt out (4 trips to the finals, a lockout season, gold medal and playing heavy minutes throughout) I wouldn't be opposed to him taking some time off at some point.

I don't what to see him breakdown and suffer a serious injury or a sequence of injuries that disrupt his prime years.

It takes more than Lebron. But yeah hopefully this means something. I'm not holding my breath. The chances of win-streaks like last year are insanely small. I imagine just a stretch of good games, going 4-1 or 5-1 more often.

Miami ended a 2 game skid against Washington last time, so I expect them to do it again on Wednesday. I hope Ray Allen's 3-ball returns! That'd be nice!
