First off, Dwight and Bynum on the same team will be hilarious.

Second, Hibbert and Bynum on the same team will NOT be hilarious.

I still have confidence in the team's ability to get things done (when they actually try), but if Indiana decides to lock up Bynum, the road to the 3peat becomes much bumpier.

Just stating the obvious, of course. Good luck, Riley.

ha, if Indy is actually interested, they have more common sense than a lot of you Heat fans and know what him coming here would mean

Some of you guys sound really stupid. If Indiana is after him then honestly we should get him on this roster just to stop that from happening. We already have enough problems when Hibbert is on the floor, having a 7 foot big man on the floor at all times for them while we would be lucky to have one in for 15-20 minutes a game has disaster written all over it.

If Bynum joins the Pacers well good luck to Oden and god help us.

I want us to sign Bynum but if he goes to the Pacers so what. We'll punish his slowness and poor defense. We'll attack his chest and pick up free throws.

i dont think so... because we are scared as f.... to attack the rim vs the pacers. we never do that against them and with reason...

No, We don't attack Hibbert because Vogel has fooled the refs into thinking that the guy always défends straight. We've always attacked the bodies of people like Dwight Howard and Bynum. We need to get the refs questioning Hibbert's "verticality" I was always surprised that we didn't question that a lot more last season.

there is no way they are going to question that if we attack the rim two or three times a game vs the pacers wich we regulary do. we are scared.

i am not talking we are scared of the pacers, NO WE ARE NOT, we are scared of attacking the rim and hibbert because of this stupid verticality rule. we only attack the rim if hibbert is involved in the pick and roll, if not its jumpshot after jumpshot

Wade (when healthy), Chalmers, and Cole attack Hibbert. LeBron's tended to overthink it.

If we're seriously not going after Bynum, Oden better be injected with Wolverine blood, 'cause that's a lot of eggs in a shaky basket

Pacers currently sporting the best overall defense in the league:

1st in Defensive Rating
1st in Opponent FG%
1st in Opponent 3P%
1st in eFG% Against
1st in Points Allowed
12th in Rebounding

...all with a lumbering, paint protector who moves about the court like he's wearing flip-flops.

Our Miami Heat:

11th in Defensive Rating
20th in Opponent FG%
26th in Opponent 3P%
25th in eFG% Against
9th in Points Allowed
30th in Rebounding

...let that marinate.

They were so bad you simply erased it from your memory bank...

Last season: 30th in rebounding
Season before last: 21st in rebounding
