very freaky stuff ive had it happen to me more than a handful of times in the last 4 years or so. it happened again to me yesterday but man this time was truly terrifying. i laid down to go to sleep like around 1:30am with some headphones on listening to a podcast . due to fatigue i knocked out fairly quickly however im guessing an hour or so into me sleeping the noise of the headphones woke me up however when i opened my eyes everything was really cloudy. it almost felt like a dream and in part it was.
the door to my room opened and what literally looked like a ghost got on my bed and started crawling on top of me. i mean im not kidding to you at all, it had the silhouette of a human but was all transparent white and with black eyes. naturally i freaked the f out since it felt so real but i couldnt move any part of my body all i could do was look around and breathe heavily. since i have experienced sleep paralysis before i quickly realized what was happening and woke up completely. other times this has happened i just wake up and cant move or speak but it eventually goes away but this time i actually saw something, it was very surreal
i have the same problem, its happening like once a month. i wake up, open my eyes, can breath, but i cant move my body at all its very freaky indeed. basically your mind is awaken but your body is sleeping and after like 30 seconds my body would react. i was scared like s*** the first time and i still am because i read alot about that and some very respected doctors, writers and spiritual people think this is the way ghosts, demons or even aliens are trying to communicate with us due to our soul inpurity or bothered thoughts
