I hope larry turns it around also. But good guys don't tend to get into bar fights.

I guess good guy is a pretty broad term, maybe amend that to good teammate on a personal level?

Bar fights happen. I can't believe how one fight has affected the opinion of a guy so much. I basically have no problem with the fight, except the throwing the bottles part. He has anger management issues, where when he gets mad he just loses his mind. But that doesn't mean he's not a solid guy. I, for one, appreciate that the highest paid player on the team has taken a liking to our young rookie, where it seems other players harbor some undercover resentment towards him. Sanders is also very close with Henson.

I think it was last year, a poster named Ike posted about how much of a prima dona Sanders is in the locker room. A lot of people wrote that off as a bogus story, but after the last 5 months I'm really having my doubts about Sanders. Great talent tho.

Anyways, back on topic, I was incredibly impressed with Giannis last night. Even when some of the shots aren't falling he does so many other valuable things on the court.

I wonder what his offseason commitments to the national team are going to be? It's going to be so important for him to work on his fitness and offensive game.

Good guys get into fights all the time, especially at that age. I like Larry's fire and see him as a solid piece of the future.

Seems like he's done a good job with Giannis as well. Nice Instagram shout today.

I have more concerns as to why nightclubs seem to be coating their floors with Teflon.

???
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

Side question on tweet below. Does she have 46,000 followers if her avatar isn't photo of herself sitting on a bed with the shirt half buttoned?

Someone else mentioned it, but Giannis needs 10-12 shots a game. I would say we need to post him up 3 times a game, have him drive from the top in hand off situations 3-4 times, and set up catch and shoots, screen and rolls. The whole deal.

Might as well get him not only to learn proper movement and spacing, but have him practice the shots as well. He should be able to do it all, and that is what will make him a great player beyond his speed and athleticism. It seems like the other players that he is on the floor with like Middleton or Ersan are the ones who get those opportunities at the moment working with our 2 pgs.

Pretty much the only reason I followed her PP

She's pretty annoying with all her Raptors/Drake love.

I tried to follow her a year ago, and there was never anything substantive there IMO, but she tweets so much it always junked up your timeline. I always wonder if she'd get all these retweets if she looked like this.....

he needs to take 15 shots minimum the same way durant did in his rookie year.

give him free rein to do everything. shoot, pass, run the offense.

I know plenty of good guys with anger problems that lead to bad things.

1) Remarkably, despite a 19% winning percentage, Larry Drew's focus seems to be on winning games rather than developing young talent. He is awful at that goal but that limits the amount they are apparently willing to let Giannis do his thing. Most of Giannis's points come from rebounds he gets that he then pushes up the court, or once in a while on cuts.

2) As long as Brandon Knight is the point guard of this team, there is no way any other player will be able to consistently get shots. He holds the ball, looks only for his shot, and apparently has the green light to do as he pleases on offense. The coaches seem quite okay with it too, if you listen to their comments about him.

It could be that Giannis is hesitant to shoot, but I am not seeing signs of that. I think he just struggles to get open and struggles to create his own shot. Giannis is awesome on the break - which is where I see much of scoring and assist opportunities coming. But in the half court he disappears a lot. I think he can learn from watching Middleton - a young player who uses his athleticism to create scoring opportunities within the flow of the offense.

I think it would be a mistake to overload Giannis at this stage in his career.

Durant was much more developed as a basketball player when he came into the NBA. Durant led the Big 12 in scoring and rebounding. He made the Big 12 first team All-Defense.

Giannis needs to learn more about basketball before being asked to run an NBA offense. He is getting more and more minutes, which is a good thing, but he has shown that he is no where near where Durant was in Durant's rookie season. He is still learning where the other players are on the court. He is learning how to defend - one on one and team defense. He is learning how to get in position to get shots. Giannis has a lot to learn before he being asked to do so much. I would like to see him be able to do more in the half court before telling him to shoot 15 times a game.

Struggles to create his own shot? No. Struggles with jump shot consistency? Yes.

Giannis showed a dirk like fall away a couple of times in the preseason. Why we aren't letting him post and shoot that shot is beyond me.

Could it be possible that he is already the best Bucks player right now?
