Tough matchups to predict.
I'm going to stick with my preseason super bowl prediction and say Denver/SF, though again I don't completely believe in the prediction.

Don't really care who wins as long as we get two classic games.

I'm going for Pats vs Niners for the Superbowl. I expect both games to be very good.

I know Seattle is the home team and they have a great crowd . But to me the team that is playing the best football right now is the 49ers . I think the Seahawks peaked to early .

Three years in a row the pats-niners make it into their respective championships.

The first year the pats went to the Super Bowl and lost
The second year the niners went to the Super Bowl and lost
This is the year they both make it and one of them wins. Has too. Destiny. just has to.

Both road teams too.

I think the Pats will win the AFC

Normally you'd say Seattle is nearly unbeatable at home cause of the crowd and they kicked the sh*t our of us the last 2 times in Seattle. But we're also playing some great football now, winning 2 road games against great teams, so we're pretty "hot" too at the moment.

If this game wouldn't be played in Seattle, I think we'd definitely win it the way we're playing. IMO we have more talent on our roster and have lotta experience in these situations. But I don't think Kaep&Jim will have enough timeouts to beat the crowd.

You never know for sure of course, it's 1 game and crazy things can happen (like someone beating the crowd, and yes I'm saying "crowd" again not "team") .. But I don't really have a good feeling bout this one, though I do think it's not gonna be another blowout.

Pats 35 - 28 Broncos
Niners 20 - 24 Centurylink Field

The Super Bowl isn't normally 1 seed vs. 1 seed, but this year will be the exception(like in 2009). Seahawks-Broncos. Best D vs. best O.

Broncos 34 Patriots 24
Seahawks 17 49ers 10
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

I feel the same way as a Niners fan. I can't figure out whether I objectively think we have a good chance at this one or my inner fanboy is clouding my judgement. But I think it's going to be close.

If we can score early to sieze the momentum and take some of the air out of the C Link crowd, we've got a good shot. But some of the problems that plagued us in the Carolina game (being forced to settle for FGs instead of TDs in the first half, numerous third-and-longs) will be absolutely killer if we can't solve them.

seattle also settled for field goals against an inferior defense, in fact they've been settling for field goals often ever since the first saints game. niners have more weapons offensively than seattle, question is whether they can cut down the turnovers. if niners don't have any turnovers they win handily, anything more than 2 they lose.

Seattle is a better team, and they're at home... but this is a divisional matchup between two really strong teams. Throw predictions out the window, anything can happen I think.

Niners vs. Broncos.

I'm pretty sure those were the same two teams that I picked at the start of the season.

I got the Seahawks and a coin flip to decide who's the gonna win between the Patriots/Broncos. I'll go with Brady since he's owned Manning over the course of their careers.

The Niners are better than the Hawks and I'd be surprised if they didn't win. I think the Broncos dominate the Patriots on the ground and win by a couple scores.

For me it comes down to:

Denver: if Peyton manning stays turnover free , they win by two scores because Blount won't be able to run over them like over that terrible overrated Indianapolis team.

New England: force the broncos to run and to throw downfield, get Tom Brady going

Seattle: russel Wilson must have a better game and Percy harvin can't get knocked out again, the defense should contain the edges so kap won't be able to beat them with his legs and then you just need to shut down Crabtree and Davis

Sf:
Control the line of scrimmage on offense/defense if they can buy kap some time he could do very big damage, thy must also stop lynch and they definetlz shouldn't burn their timeouts early in the 3rd
