A-Rod Sues MLB, Union To Overturn Ban

Alex Rodriguez has filed a lawsuit against Major League Baseball and the MLBPA as he continues to fight his performance-enhancing drug-related suspension.

Rodriguez, who was suspended for the full 162-game season, claims alleging arbitrator Fredric Horowitz was biased in his ruling.

The lawsuit seeks to vacate Horowitz's ruling, based on the arbitrator's "manifest disregard for the law,'' his "evident partiality,'' and refusal "to entertain evidence that was pertinent and material to the outcome."

Yeah as much as I'd rather he just miss the entire season and allow the Yankees to use the money on someone that actually can help them, not to mention keep the Alex Rodriguez circus far away from this team, this is pretty clear something that is personal on the leagues behalf. They are trying to set an example with ARod, which, regardless of how good it feels isn't fair. If he should get suspended for the entire season then so should Ryan Braun (instead of just 65 games). Being a prick ora prima donna (or whatever other reason people dislike him) doesn't justify 97 more games difference.

This is numerous times with ARod and thats why he is due to the length of the season. He shouldnt even play baseball again and be banned from the sport. Im tired of hearing about this guy and the ego and everything that comes with him. Just let him go far away from baseball cause all its doing is making the league less interesting.
