Probably because we were playing on the road

A big reason we won is because we went with smaller line-ups instead of the big stupid starting line-up

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

The East is hilarious. One win and we're back in 7th & only 3.5 games out of homecourt advantage in the 1st round

 we actually will probably be better off without home court advantage.

 so true

I don't think frustration's the right word.

Annointing KCP + a better 3 point shot as the next Bruce Bowen is a bit premature don't you think?

He had a good game when Cheeks finally wasn't an idiot and let him play decent minutes against Bradley Beal. Let's wait to see if the trend continues and how he does against more established superstars before putting labels on the kid.

It was exciting to see him play though. Now if only Cheeks wouldn't forget about other players who do well in the first quarter...

No he doesn't, hence his angry response to me. He's always getting ahead of himself though but I'm the bad guy for telling him to relax.

When did I annoint him as the next Bruce Bowen?

I said he COULD be that. There's a big difference between the words "could be" and "will be" lol

It has nothing to do with last nights game either. Its the whole body of work I'm seeing from him defensively.

Also I said Bruce Bowen, not Michael Jordan, relax lol

My apologies. When you wrote the following:

Q00 wrote:KCP has such great potential defensively. If he can just become more consistant with 3s we could have the next Bruce Bowen here. .

I mistakenly read the tone of the message to mean you thought it a very reasonable assumption to make that KCP could become the next Bruce Bowen if he just developed a 3 point shot.

The same Bruce Bowen that was on the all defensive team 8 consecutive seasons and 2nd in the defensive player of the year voting twice.

It has nothing to do with last nights game either

Again I mistakenly drew the conclusion that since you wrote this in a game thread (DET @ WAS - 7:00PM) and not a separate topical thread that your assessment was somehow related to this particular game. Another bad thing to infer on my part.

Please excuse these lapses in judgement. I'll try to do much better next time.

Bruce Bowen was a hell of a player, so again, slow down a bit.
