Dmo is playing like his confidence is shot.

He's got to tell himself "To HELL with it, I'm going to go in there and fight for every rebound and use every foul I have on defense and not be afraid to shoot the open shot." He's got the talent to be a lot better than he's playing - but mentally, he is out of it.

No way we trade him now, he has a very bright future and his stock is low now. He has more strength now to compliment his length, shooting and low post scoring. He will be pretty good soon. Add to the fact that he's being coached by McHale and Dream, two of the best low post scorers ever; of course, we don't know how long McHell, who isn't really a good enough coach for a contending team, will last. DMo has a chance to be a star in this league if he shoots the three consistently and don't make stupid mistakes.
