GT: Bucks vs. Spurs

Post#1 » by Nolan » Sun Jan 19, 2014 1:02 pm

When: 7:00 PM ET, January 19, 2014
Where: AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX

Well we've been great against the weaker teams in the league so this should be an easy one.

Go Spurs!!

Well we're starting to pull away. Mills has been excellent so far.

Settle down guy! We really have nothing to get excited about here until April......

As long as we keep beating the lesser teams, I'm still not going to worry about the OKC's and Portland's yet. It's too early.

I mean honestly, The Spurs win 50+ games every year and you can only post about how good Duncan, Parker and Ginobili are soo many times. Or how good Leonard might be. No one hates on us like Miami or LA so there really isn't much to talk about.

I wouldn't mind discussing how the Spurs type of offense is a lost art in basketball these days. It seems every other team on the planet's offensive goal is to get a dunk or a 3 pointer. There is no in between whatsoever anymore. This is why I love Pop's offensive scheme soo much. We seem to be the only team in the league that takes mid-ranged shots anymore, and makes them.

Awesome! Speaking of the Hawks, I am liking the way they are playing. How do you like Budenholzer? You still need a couple pieces but the Hawks are on the right track.

im not really a hawks fan im a bulls fan and recent bandwagon warriors fan but I watch all hawks games and keep up with them. I think theyre on right track still recovering from the joe Johnson j smoove days, just kinda clearing everything out. kinda a wasted year with horford out. bud seems like hes gonna be good once they get a good core and system in place pretty nice hire imo instead of using some other teams recycled garbage coach

Well it wasn't really a competive game but Mills blew this one wide open for us and the bench kept the big lead.

Was really impressed with guys like Ayres, Baynes and De Colo tonight. Malcolm Thomas was also solid in his season debut.

I'm trying :(

With the success the Spurs have had over the last 15 years though, this time of the year up until the all-star break is really quite boring.

Return to San Antonio Spurs
