Not really. Okafor might get back in time, and we could trade for a Kosta Koufos type player if we're desperate.

But just to be safe we should go after Bynum too, nothing to lose.
I'd take Bynum over Okafor only because Bynum has a hook shot which we so desperately need. But I hope you're right either way!

Doesn't matter if we get Bynum, Okafur, prime Wilt.

Spo would still play Haslem Lewis and Mason over them.

Okafor isn't coming back from that neck injury the same.

Could play Bynum at SG and it would be an upgrade over Mason

Apparently Bynum was spotted in a Miami restaurant today.

Okafor is not happening. He has a serious injury which may or may not heal up in time for him to actually be ready in games and even if he was ready to come back, there would be no reason for Phoenix to buy him out since they are actually competing. It's way too late in the season for them to start tanking.

You seem to be missing the part of Riley's quote that proves ME right.
Oh, you didn't know Bynum is a certified **** ?
Maybe you should watch more basketball then.

Everytime I see Bynum's face, I wanna take a crowbar to it, for being such an ****.
I don't wish injury on players, but on Bynum I'll make an exception. I hope his knees fail him and ends up in a wheelchair before he turns 30. In fact, even better, I hope someone breaks his knees. I hope he ends up broke, beaten, abused, living under a bridge and sucking **** for drug money.

He is EXACTLY what Riley is talking about in that last paragraph, and when I see so many Heat fans wishing he signs with the Heat, it drives me MAD.

If this is the guy you want on your team, you are **** pathetic and you should be ashamed.
I said it, and I'll say it again: I'd rather lose without him than win with him.

Well thats the end of our road trip. A quite **** one. I dont have doubt that we will bounce back from this, seems like this kinda losing streak happens every year. But, you cant help but want some boost here. Birdman was that for us last year. Whether its bynum, or someone else. We need one. The team looks off, just off. Defense is god awful, offense isnt as bad but I wouldnt say we're hitting on all cylinders, too many turnovers. Wade is always hurt, always. We need a boost, just hope Bynum isnt too big of an ass to see what opportunity he has here.

Honestly I'd take 3 centers on this team. I'd sign 2 of the following 3 centers: Bynum, Okafor (if bought out), Dalembert (trade for him).

Ivan Johnson (to defend David West), Bynum and a guard is the answer to these problems.

Ivan Johnson on this team will do wonders for us. Was hoping we'd sign him this season.

Yep, though i would like someone quicker. We need his toughness, hustle and muscle. Guy can rebound for this size and he cant be bullied. With Bosh on the bench, thats who you got to defend Pfs

Another guy i like for us is Kevin Seraphin

Got a bit of a homework assignment for you. I want you to read Riley's quote in its entirety, very slowly, as if your life actually depended on it.

Once you're through, read it a second time with a double dose of concentrated focus.

When you've finally completed both these tasks, and you're absolutely certain it's sunk in, let it all marinate for at least a week then get back at me.

Oh, let me guess. You deeply care about the Heat winning. And you did so for ... 3 months.
Or you were a fan before, but you had to wait till when you turned 13 to join realgm ?

You and a bunch of other bandwagoners have turned what was once a really nice forum into crap.
A bunch of ungrateful (trade Bosh/trade Chalmers/trade Wade/trade Haslem) whiny "what have you done for me lately" little bitches trying to see who comes up with the most idiotic idea.

heatlespeatles wrote:Ivan Johnson (to defend David West), Bynum and a guard is the answer to these problems.

Ok, you win.
Cause unless you play 6-7 guys, you want to play Ivan Johnson instead of Chris Bosh.

This shows you don't understand anything beyond basic stats. Anything beyond points or rebounds is lost on you.
I have no hope for you to understand rebounding rate, defensive rebounding or (gasp) spacing.
You just go ahead and dream of a team with Ivan Johnson and Bynum   clogging the paint and all that sweet spacing gone, and I'll just watch this one that Riley put together. Even in your dreams that team will get clobbered on the pick and roll, and will have an offensive just as pretty as those Cavs teams Lebron was on.

PS: I see you post 15+ times a day. That's an awful lot for someone with so little knowledge, but I see this all the time: kids with lots of free time and who think they know everything despite knowing almost nothing, post a lot of stupid crap, instead of reading more and maybe learning something before they open their mouths.

You are the reason the ignore function has been invented.
