We're actually a run and gun team and we are very efficient with out fast breaks. We usually run full court presses in the 2nd half and take advantage when the opponent is already winded.

My concern is with our half court offense. it's usually setting screens for midrange jumpers and threes.our half court defense are usually 2-3 or 1-2-2 zones depending on the opponent's capacity to shoot from the outside. we're not really good with rebounding, ironic since we like to run.

the tournament has been running for 4 conferences/seasons now. we were the champs in the first, got eliminated in the 2nd, lost in the quarters in the third. now we're preparing for the semis next week. I'm doing a lot of cardio, core, and leg workouts to build my stamina and laterals and I shoot a lot of jumpers right after.
