Wow. What kind of shooting form was that by Wall on that last shot.

Didn't even square his feet to the basket. He started the shoot with his right foot back and tried to twist his body around in the air. His right leg ended up twinging all the way around his body. It was some crazy twisting body shot. Terrible form. It had zero chance of going in before it left his hands.

We don't suck. We also aren't good. Thus the term "mediocre". And I'm not upset at the loss or not being .500. I'm upset that getting to .500 seems like the freaking holy grail for this damn team.

How the f*ck you let Jeff Green score 39 pts on you...how the f*** that midget undrafted rookie gets 20 pts on 5-6 3pt

and, jesus christ, how you let the corpse of Gerald Wallace win the f***ing game with an easy layup ????

It's more than frustrating to watch this sh*t....it sucks the life out of the fans

What it needs is a new head coach.

They will probably beat Phoenix and then lose to Utah

WallWithTheDime wrote:What's with all the dang pessimism. From what I can tell Wall played a good game, (didn't shoot too well) , but that's when other players should step up. Considering everyone being so negative, and thinking this team is not a playoff team, NEWS TO YOU WE ARE doing pretty good with seeding. The Wizards played a good game, kept it close and it came down to the last shot. NOT TO MENTION Jeff Green, Every single shot was lucky, including the one at near half court deep 3 off one leg fade-away jump shot, that went in. I don't blame any of the wizards for creating an expectation to reach above .500 I solely blame their fans and their negative views. I mean we aren't the worst team in the league nor the best, but just show some respect for the effort.

You realise that we just lost at home to a rebuilding Boston Celtics without Rondo and Avery Bradley. The same Celtics that lost 12 out of their last 13 games, right ?

When will you nerds accept the fact that the players suck too? Ariza is garbage and should be traded now. Gortat gets bullied inside. Wall has no jumper. Beal is mediocre. The bench consists of a bunch of d-league bums.

How is it Whitman's fault that the roster blows?

I'd say our players are way better than Boston's, wouldn't you?

We have two chances to win the game and both times the play is to give it to Nene at the 3 point line. Just LOL.

Well when you are rebuilding, getting to and over .500 is the holy grail. Yes, it`s mediocre but that`s where this team is right now, and the quicker we keep things in perspective, the rest of this season will be really enjoyable. It`s all about stepping stones and patience.

Was everyone complaining that we weren't above .500 last year?

Rebuilding? With a capped out team full of veterans? This, my friend, is the product OF rebuilding.

That's what happens when you play with no effort in the first half, granted Boston made more BS shots than I could count. But when you spot a team an 18 point lead, this is what you get. I'll give a very small amount of credit them for getting there heads out of there butts after the first half, but still a bad loss even more so considering that all the teams around us won tonight (CHI, TOR, ATL) and NJ charging up the standings. Of all people you let freaking Gerald Wallace (and I'm :banghead: with him making his free throw) win it. I could have lived with Green making another circus shot, but you simply cant let a guy drive in on you like that. Even with all that we still had an two Nene's jumpers, a Wall three, and possibly a Gortat freebie to take this one. Make that 4 horrendous Phone Booth loses to really bad road teams (MIL, CLEV, PHI, BOS) whom sport a combined record of 20 and 68. Again. :banghead: At least a couple of them were the only roads win each team had over long spans as well. These are the exact games you look back at that come back to haunt you later on in the season.

On another note, Ariza's and Webster's shooting has really taking a nose dive as of late.

On a second note, I saw some people talking about Wall getting blocked at the rim a lot. At least of them involved a ton of lower body contact that other star player would more than likely get.

On a third note, we have lost 5 OT games by 1, 7, 4, 2, and 2,

Maybe one day they will get their home business and order. I won't hold my breathe until shown otherwise. Onto hopefully a successful road trip. It would be apra pro if we someone how found a way to go above .500 on the road. We need to really focus on getting the first two in PHX and UTAH because the next two will be versus GS and LAC.

I'm almost at the point where I'm just rooting for losses. Going into the offseason with a pick, Grunfeld and Whitman fired, and capspace would be a damn blessing. Much better than getting the 6th seed and getting swept.

I forgot when being a part of a forum extensively and making a lot of posts (MOST OF THE POSTS YOU MAKE ARE BASHING WASHINGTON) means you are a true fan. The logic there.
