Lakers have the 3rd toughest schedule from now on, so yeah, it could be possible. But almost all the injured players are coming back in February so if there isn't more injuries maybe they grab some more wins, or they suck because they need to get back to game shape, you never know

Farmar and Blake return in February and you can count on a few more wins because of that alone. Blake plays hard regardless but both players are in contract seasons and want to perform well.

Let's hope they play well and we still lose.

If we get top 5 (pray for it), we couldn't go wrong with Embiid, Wiggins, Parker, Smart, Exum, or Randle. If we're in the 8-10th overall area (which we are now) then we'll hopefully get someone like Robinson III or Zach Levine.

You can want him all you want. We won't finish low enough to be in the top 5. You guys need to realize that.

Tell that to the Bulls who were once ranked 8th in a draft and got the first pick and used it to select Derrick Rose.

yes yes yes I know this but just because it doesn't look like we can get it doesn't mean we wont get it. that's all I'm trying to say. Now what you need to realize is that you're not the only one with the understanding of how the draft works. With that being said I see us get a top 3 pic.

If that happened to us, you know dam well G.B is going to blow up with "Conspiracy Draft threads" everyday. Lets just hope we suck enough to get someone decent.

As long as you finish in the lottery, anything can happen.

Think we've only ever been in the lottery once, and we got Eddie Jones. So I like our history.

The smart thing to do is play hard and not win.
You don't have to admit it but do it.
a top 5 pick will help the Lakers 3 to 4 years out while a 6-10 will help some
but not like a top 5.
The bottom 5 teams can all beat the Lakers now or have.
Kobe and crew come back and give them 10 to 15 wins accomplishes what for the future?
NOTHING.
Do the smart thing and continue the rebuilding process.

ugh doubt kobe would help much in terms of wins this year. He's still out of shape and needs to get his game back together and that's probably going to take months.
