Its so true though. We were so close to getting Mo fired last night if he had just done something physical to that fan, we would all be celebrating a coaching change today.

Quite serious, He misses A LOT of dunks. He misses a lot of runners, he's misses around the rim A LOT. He's been shooting much much better of late, but he's been pretty horrendous with his FG% and most of his shots are snakebit. He seems to miss a lot of 6-8 foot shots going to the hoop. He never seems to get the roll or it will rim out. Like I said, I like the kid a lot, just as a defender, he's worth his weight in gold (our best perimeter defender, if not defender period). I just want him to finish better. For awhile, he had a bottom 3 FG% for Starting SG's in the league.

KCP is shooting 63% at the hoop and he finishes 73% of his dunks. He obviously doesn't struggle finishing.

So 73% is good on Dunks? Really? That's less than most guards in the league shoot FT's at. He's shooting 39.9% from the field from a SG position. He's also at 32.5% from 3pt land. That's NOT GOOD. Yes, he's been playing MUCH MUCH better since the new year but he's still seemingly snake bit on those runners. He misses a lot of those in the paint whether it be a pull-up or floater. His defense is worth starting him for that alone, but if he can get proficient scoring, I'm ecstatic with the pick. STILL prefer him over Burke AS IS.

I don't like looking at overall FG% for rookies because their play tends to fluctuate throughout the year, so it's misleading. That 40% FG is not really a good indicator of how KCP has shot. Rather, he's had one full month where he was awful (34% in November), followed by 2 months of improvement (41% in December, up to 46% in January). He shot the 3 ball better in December, but that's alright. He's still finding a rhythm. Too early to tell how good he will end up.
