Gotta disagree there; Woodson isn't nearly as bad as Mike Brown.

The only thing that Kef has been consistent at is being inconsistent. Be careful about getting to pumped up about him.

I am the guy who hated Beasley, Brown and Turkoglu. Not as a person, just as players, and what they brought to the team. And I think time has proven me right. But Tucker is just a different story. In contradiction to the other mentioned above, he does not think he has to carry the team. He defends very well and does what is needed to win. Ok his skills are not Lebron like, hell not even half as good as an averrage NBA Player, but he has more heart and work ethic than 90% of them.

Yeah, no kidding.

And if you think he's at the top you haven't been paying attention to what Jamaal Crawford is doing this year. He has 2 30-point 10-assist games off the bench this season. The list of players to do it at all is extraordinarily short and he's done it twice.

I usually get both on satellite like today.

Lucky. Cox doesn't even have the games in HD, which is why I always get broadband, even though I've been having trouble with that all the time lately too.

I am in Tempe and Cox does have the games in HD on FSAZ channel 1034. Maybe you just don't have the HD box? Unless you are talking 1080p of course, but is there even any provider doing that?

Edit: Ok just saw that your location says New Orleans, didn't know they have Cox over there too so nevermind I guess...

Right. Sorry if I wasn't clear. I'm talking about NBA League Pass through Cox Communications.

Doesn't it seem like those 3 guys are basically the same coach? All that's left is for Mike Brown to go coach the Atlanta Hawks.

Exactly. I don't understand the hate Tucker receives. This guy brings it every single night with max effort, I could care less if he struggles offensively. He's not in there to score, hes there to play defense and rebound. Two things I think he does better than most. How many times do you see him out rebounding most PF/C? atleast a couple times a game. The dude fits in what were trying to do here and if you can't see that your not watching the game and just looking at the box score.

sidenote- shoutout to Kief, this guy has just been ballin lately and it fun to watch. Hopefully he can keep it going, were a different kind of monster when he is on his game.
I like Draft Picks/Cap Space, long walks on the beach, and short youtube clips.

when my job and private life gives me space, i watch every suns game i can. the time i was at college i missed none of them :D

I don't know how I would do it if I was in Europe though. The times I've been there it was impossible to catch a game.

It's a pain in the ass, but one can manage :) When Suns play at home, game starts at 04:30 in the morning so if I get up at 5:15 or something, I can enjoy the 2nd half.

If Jeff is fine with Green or Frye going 1-8 shooting, I doubt he was "pissed" at Tucker for two mistakes down the stretch. I'm sure he was more mad about the 21 turnovers that game, and Tucker only contributed one if those.

Its so easy to underestimate the impact of Channing Frye for this team. He draws big men away from the hoop because no smaller player can prevent that 3 point shot of his. That opens the middle for Goran (or Eric) to penetrate. His shot is so effortless and he is so long that he can get it off more often than most.

Love Ish Smiths block on Earl Clark.

I don't think that was an attack to Frye. Was it? At least I took it like the thought that Hornacek cares much more about not turning the ball over (and general nonsense) than the act of missing shots (of course unless it was unsustainable, I'd have to think).

That's how I think this particular group of players need to be coached, at least. Especially without Bledsoe, since Dragic is the only one out there who is not a role player, no matter how good/efficient, etc.

And anyway. Shooters gonna be shooters. Not even the ones who average over 50% on 3pts, for instance, are stranger to ups and lows, even game to game. Heck, sometimes it happens inside a quarter. A shot is still a way to gamble. Some gamblers are better than others, tho.

Over a year, I like Frye. A lot. Especially a hungry Frye. It's evident as hell, and I love that it's part because of the heart, part because the $. Usually it's just for the later.

But I digress.

I wasn't ripping Frye or Green. Hornacek wants them to shoot. All I'm saying is Hornacek seems more than confident in Tucker, and I highly doubt he put Tucker in his place so much that it reflected in the next game's performance. For example, Tucker still drove it across the middle and took a five foot hook shot in this game. If Tucker was told to only do what he does best (corner threes and tips), there is no way he takes that shot.

I don't think he was pissed at Tucker either. It is pretty remarkable that anyone criticizes Tucker on this board. He has been a huge contributor to our success and plays hard every night. I expect him to be around this team for a while. I would imagine the coaches love him.
