Thats debatable, Stephenson is a better on ball defender, rebounder and is probably just as good a passer as Bledsoe. Bledsoe isn't a 2, Stephenson is.

Lance is definitely longer & stronger than Hayward. Height doesn't matter much.

But come on.... Utah has a truck load of cap space. They do have the chance to match anything right ?

Stephenson and Indy is an entirely different deal.... they have 15, 14, 12, and 8 mil burned up on their other starters. I think they can afford him, but doubt they would over pay him, which someone is sure to do. I guess it might as well be us

I dont think we or anyone has a chance to get HeyWORD though, if it just comes down to $$$

I read on the Bleacher report that we could be a destination for Anthony Bennett if Cleveland decides to dump him now or in the off season.

I noticed that he was pretty chummy with our team after the game and said something to Hornacek after the game as well.

Did we work him out this past summer? Maybe he liked what he saw in Phoenix and hates Cleveland and the coaching staff.

I would definitely consider giving up the Indiana pick for him. I think all we be stuck with him if he continues to suck would be through next season.

I don't think Mike Brown is going to make him any better.

His contract just started, and it's pretty nuts. I don't think he is worth it.

Under the new CBA only the 1st 2 years are guaranteed. So after next year (5.6 Mil) the Suns would have two years of team options. It appears to me that could be worth the gamble. He was a top 5 talent by just about everyone last summer.

This is disgusting. Thad isn't much better, if at all, than Markieff. The twins are younger and make $4M combined this year and $6M next year, Thad - $9M and $9.5M.

LOL, I love how vehemently opposed gaspar is to acquiring Thaddeus Young.

Link? I still think most of Bleacher Report is made up BS but they have added some reputable writers.

I don't know if I would tie up almost $6 million next year for a gamble. We are sitting on a decent cap, and it would be nice to use that on a higher established talent.

I love the kid, I hope its us. Especially if we re-up Bledsoe because Dragic has an opt out on the horizon, I like having 2 ball handlers on the floor at once. We don't get as bogged down.

Plus you know the way it works, right? You have to either pick up or decline a full year in advance. Like this year in October the Morris Bro. contracts were picked up for the '14-'15 season. You'd have to basically decline A.B.'s this Summer which is kind of early to be making any decisions about him, but jeez he does look awful. I really wish Swingman was on here to eat his healthy dose of crow.

That was a my subjective extrapolation of all that Thaddeus talk that has been going on here, hence the "maybe".

Honestly was trying to answer first before all the gtfo and general rudeness that usually comes when a another team fan posts here.

Im definitely not competent enough to assess McD. and H. views of suns future offense and how valuable would be Thad`s off ball vs Markieffs mostly iso offense for the suns that they are trying to put together here.

Im open to being schooled in the matter.

Beetlejuice, gaspar just isn't a fan of Thaddeus Young. Don't worry about it.

Thanks man,

you should school me however about Spencer Hawes and his defensive fit with this team . All that info that i "have ate from forums and media" suggest me otherwise.
