1) Firing Don Nelson
2) Firing Keith Smarts (one of Don Nelson's assistant coaches that turned into the head coach after Nelson's firing)
3) Hiring Mark Jackson
4) Firing Larry Riley as a GM and putting him back as a scout
5) Hiring Bob Myers as a assistant GM and then became a GM after the firing of Riley
6) Traded Anthony Randolph, Kelenna Azubuike, Ronny Turiaf, and a 2nd round pick for David Lee
7) Resigning Stephen Curry at a cheap price for 4 years
8) Traded Dorell Wright pretty much for Jarrett Jack
9) Signing Carl Landry
10) Doing well in the NBA Draft for the last few years now with drafting Klay Thompson, Harrison Barnes (Drummond would of better for the Warriors right now -____-), Draymond Green, and Festus Ezeli
11) And of course, hiring Jerry West. I believed he had the most impact considering he wanted to trade Monta Ellis for Andrew Bogut, drafting his guy Klay Thompson during the 2011 NBA Draft, drafting toughness with Draymond Green and Festus Ezeli during the 2012 NBA Draft, drafting a guy with so much potential in Harrison Barnes during the 2012 NBA Draft, and the most important thing, handing the keys over to Stephen Curry to be the face of the franchise.

Yea I would say the Warriors' ownership is doing a great job =D

You forgot getting the #7 pick when in 2012 when Utah owned the rights to their pick which was Top 7 protected which landed them Harrison Barnes.

How would this voting look if Steph Curry's ankles would not be holding up? The Warriors are a Curry injury away from being a bottom seeded playoff team at best. I know things all look great from a glass half full perspective, but I'm just trying to play Devil's advocate here and think of the worst case scenario.

Lol the heat are a LeBron injury away from not being a title contender, same with the pacers if George gets hurt, if Durant gets hurt the thunder are a bottom seed, so what's your point?

When Curry doesn't play Klay goes from getting around 17 pts a game to like 30.
