5M this year, 15M next year in actual payments; 8M per year cap hit.

jwise is correct: no interest from the Rockets for Bargnani, MWP or Udrih. I know that I remain interested in Shumpert & hope the Rockets are, too.

And I would rather that if it was his deal than having those 3 players on my roster....mwp is GARBAGE now, udrih would be our 4th string pg (maybe 5th behind Canaan), bargs really provides nothing to us....is he our backup c? Cuz he isn't a stretch 4 like some people think and he wouldn't "fit well" with Dwight since he can't play with tyson

He's also injured, Does anyone even have a timetable for his return.

I know I keep harping on this but not having a capable PG is like not having a capable QB in the NFL. We are going nowhere with the kind of guard play we've gotten this season.

However, on the plus side JR seems to have found his 3PT shot and regained some modicum of efficiency and now that Shump is out Woddy is going to be forced to use THJ amore (which he should have been doing anyways) and not having Bargs in the lineup is a net plus when taking into account defense/rebounding and allows Melo to play PF where he's best able to take advantage of matchups.

As strange as it sounds the Shump and Bargs injuries have forced Woody to do what he should have been doing all season. Play small.

Maybe Celts fans are sour because a lot of us don't think highly of Jeff Green. Well sorry. But the guy more or less blows. I really wouldn't want him, period, and especially not at $9M. Pass.
