I'd still like Bynum as an insurance policy, if it were possible. I'm just a little nervous with Wade's knee issues and having to rely on Greg Oden. I've always liked Greg Oden and I love what he's shown in limited minutes but I don't want to bet a threepeat on it lol.

Just add Bynum already, as an insurance policy if nothing else. Let's start crushing opponents.

Is Andrew Bynum dead? Why did I hear so much about him when he was cut and now nothing since.

Kinda strange, but my guess is teams are waiting for the trade deadline, want to see what they can get. He'll join a team right after that.

Haha kind of funny, but true. @Iceburg Slim, have you heard anything from your source regarding Bynum? Sure seems too quiet...

The DON happened, probably told him to work out and get in better shape before he can join to the Heat family :lol:

From Marc Stein

@ESPNSteinLine
Thursday marks three full weeks since Andrew Bynum became a free agent. Two main reasons it's believed he does not yet have a new team ...

@ESPNSteinLine
No. 1: Bynum wants more than min. money. No. 2: No team willing YET to pay more than minimum given ?s about how much he really wants to play

If Bynum won't sacrifice like the others have, his place isn't here with this team. Again, if the attitude is too much of an issue, Riley won't budge. This is nothing new. That's exactly what I said a few days ago before some of the posters around here decided to ridicule me for pretending to break news.

This isn't a shocking revelation at all.....and yet I can guarantee that you'll still have folks around here fangirling over him to come here. What's more, even when he has played he's been about as useless in Cleveland as a 2-inch rope as your life hangs in the balance over the edge of a 10-storey building.

Doesn't look like Bynum will be in the Heat uniform. We still need a big body though? Why can't Lakers tank the season by trading Gasol to Heat?

Don't think Pau would help since his defense has gotten worse over the years and who would Heat send over to match his giant $19 mil salary? Doesn't work.

He wants more money than the minimum.... how does he expect more money than the minimum when he said he was losing his passion for basketball for whatever?

This dude is so greedy...

Greedy and dumb. No one is going to give you a big contract when you say you have no passion for the game. On top of that, he did get a potential $24 mil contract from Cavs and he basically got himself traded from there.

He doesn't understand that his injury history + his attitude is going to scare away teams.

The ESPN insider news is Heat remain interested but are not willing to offer anything more than minimum.
