The Baltimore Orioles are "all in" on A.J. Burnett, according to a report.
It was reported earlier this week that Burnett plans to pitch in 2014 and the Pittsburgh Pirates aren't a lock to re-sign him.
The Tampa Bay Rays are also interested in the veteran right-hander.
