Thank you for making me laugh. I needed that.

That's horrible value. Look at what other teams' fans are offering.

Is there any proof to Chad Ford's rambling? Until then RealGM needs to stop.

Totally disagree. Getting two starters. They are both young. And they are not just starting because they are on the Pistons - they are both good enough to start on a legit playoff team. How many big young centers can you name that are better than Monroe? That doesn't have some value? And taking Bennett off your hands will let you quickly put behind you one of the worst #1 picks of all time :-)

Jennings is a joke, I thought he might be able to turn his career around in Detroit, but that is not looking like the case. If Cleveland wanted Monroe, they would make him an offer this summer. If Detroit chose to match, then they can live with their square peg in a round hole front court.
Well at least we're not Detroit!

This is a very easy no.

Sad to hear Irving at 21 is already this upset. I guess if I had to play for Mike Brown I would feel the same way too

Another very easy no. Irving is better than Rondo and AV is better than Sullinger.

I think that's overpay

Harden got a lotto pick, Lamb, kevin Martin(exl) and I believe PJ3? Lowry(exp)+ a non-lotto pick and a lesser of Den/NYK pick+ a lotto player is a bit of an overpay but sometimes you gotta cash in your chips. Ohh and Kyrie still has 1 more years on his rookie contract I believe too and this on the assumption he resigns with us as well.

Ur wrong about PJ3 cause I wanted my magic to draft him but okc got him.

Jazz offer Burke, Hayward, GSW 1st, and future DEN 2nd for Irving. Burke is from Ohio so that kinda adds the nostalgia value.

These trades are terrible.

1. Don't offer a guy that is going to be a FA this summer, even if he is restricted.

2. Don't offer a player that is already in the heart of his prime.

3. BEGIN with a really good 2014 pick. If your team could have a Top-5 pick and you DON'T offer that, it is pretty insulting.

If Cleveland trades Kyrie then they are going for a re-build with 2 Top-7 draft picks in a LOADED class.

Why would any Cleveland fan be asking for Westbrook and Harden? They would be equally unhappy ball-dominant guards only with smaller team control and on a much larger contract. I couldn't think of a worse move for Cleveland than trading Kyrie for Westbrook or Harden.

True but there is also the fact that he will be a free agent next year, as a small market team you have to make an offer fair for the other team and yourself, for all we know, Irving will head to LAL with Love.

A deal like this at the draft just makes perfect sense

Lakers get a top 3 pick

TO La:
Iriving

to Cleveland
Wiggins/Exum/Randle
Steve Nash

the Lakers then can sign Melo. Irving/Kobe/Melo.

Kyrie will not be a FA next year. He will be restricted with no chance to leave unless a franchise willingly lets him walk. Kyrie has 2 years left and he will almost certainly sign the max deal THIS summer to any team he is on.

You aren't going to get Kyrie Irving for even $.70 on the dollar. This isn't a case where Cleveland dumps him for whatever decent offer comes their way. The odds Cleveland trades Kyrie fall even more if his stock is on the Eric Bledsoe level.

This is the type of deal I could see Cleveland making. Cleveland would have 2 Top-10 picks in this draft. I can think of a MUCH worse way to re-build.

I think teams missing out on Parker/Wiggins/Embiid could do something. Even if they get Wiggins I can see a team not being convinced and going for the sure thing. Let's see the offers potentially.

Orlando:

2014 1st
2014 Denver 1st
Harris

Milwauke:
2014 1st
Knight

Lakers:
2014 1st
Nash

Philly:
2014 1st
2014 New Orleans 1st

Sacramento:
Mclemore
2014 1st
Thomas

Cleveland would be well advised to at least kick the tires and create a bidding war.
