DD will be happy to hear this.

http://espn.go.com/nfl/playoffs/2013/st ... super-bowl

SALT LAKE CITY -- A Utah ape that has correctly picked the Super Bowl winner for six straight years predicted Thursday that the Seattle Seahawks will be the next NFL champion.

AP Photo/Hogle Zoo
Eli, an ape from Utah, picked the Seattle Seahawks to win the Super Bowl on Thursday. He has correctly picked the Super Bowl winner for six straight years.
Eli the ape ran into an enclosure Thursday morning and swiftly knocked down a papier-mache helmet bearing the Seahawks logo, signaling his pick, said Erica Hansen of Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City.

"He made his pick without any hesitation," Hansen said.

That could mean bad news for Broncos fans. The 13-year-old primate hasn't been wrong since 2006.

Pretty simple actually. You root for DT unless he's playing against the Rams. Casual fans usually start pulling for their favorite players team eventually. I don't know how invested you are in the Rams now, but hopefully you don't follow suit.

Due to TV restrictions I pretty much follow the national TV games at this time and I likely watch the Broncos more than Rams. Hopefully that changes soon because the Rams will likely get much much better by just drafting a QB in the draft. If they take Manziel, I'm sold! :)

Didn't they draft a QB a few years a go and paid him a lot of money? What happened to him?

Bradford is ultra conservative and boring and will be getting paid $17 mil if they opt to keep him next season. Which I expect them not to.

Just as I type this I read a report that Kroenke has bought 60 acre land in Inglewood and the team might relocate.

That'd be awesome if the Rams came back to LA.

I do, though- as a fan of the law of averages I'm also worried by this.

Ape hasn't been wrong since '06, so that means he's correctly picked the winner for '07, '08, '09, '10, '11, '12, and '13. By my count that makes him 7-1, not 6-1 as the article indicates. Good job BSPN.

Hey Slava, I'm guessing you've written a personal statement for grad school in the past. Do you have any recommendations on what I should/shouldn't include? I feel like template is so broad.

I did but all I did was brag about my grades and indicated a motivation for research in engineeering. Since you are applying for an MBA, I'd suggest may be indicating grades in math and analytical subjects, any business acumen etc.

What are you benching these days?

I had a pretty significant drop off too when I took a whole month off (Thanksgiving week to Christmas). It has been a struggle to get it back to the same level, especially since I've been so inconsistent with my workouts.

Ive been thinking about benching again since I want to do the Javelin event this year. I would definitely need more strength. I used to bench around 240 when i played football weighing 180.

Tastes like dark cocoa and coffee! Too bad I haven't refrigerated it long enough.
