Clearly dunk of the night, but overall I think I have seen better this season.

Devlin is a knowledgeable basketball person but he can't really hype you up to save his own life!

Devlin said: "Terrence Ross going right at <tick tick boom!> Kenneth Faried with the throwdown!!"

The fastbreak dunk developed quickly & surprisingly so it's completely reasonable that Devlin was finishing his call on the incredible finish.

Lemme guess, you're a Leo fan?

I think this qualifies as a fade-away dunk.

Definitely dunk of the year so far IMO. Lebron and Henry dunked over guys who were standing still. Ross dunked over a guy bigger than him who was in full flight up in the air. Most of the time, it would have resulted in a missed dunk and a trip to the free throw line, but Ross powered through and dunked. DAMN just plain NASTY

I'm in the middle of eating breakfast overseas with my gf.. watching the game.. she's telling me some story as I'm watching the game and listening to her.. all of a sudden I see the play develop..

In my head:

"Is he going to alley oop to Amir?"

"No.. wait.. no he's taking off, he's taking off? there is no way he is going to make tha.." I then spontaneously yell "OHHHHH!!!" in the middle of my girlfriend talking and completely cut her off and she gets scared and asks me what happened? She didnt know I was watching the game.. I just said "dunk of the year, sorry, had to scream"

I listened to it again. You're right I misheard it but how does it make me a Leo fan? My point still stands he is boring hype machine it seems so force when he's doing it.

That has to be one of the dirtiest dunks ever. The distance. The extension. The fact they were both in the air. The game was still fairly close. And I think faried crammed one on Amir a couple of plays prior. All in all, one of the best in-game dunks I've seen in a long time.

i.d be down with the league adding an award for DOTY . mayb thats just cuz i follow mma and i.m used to K(nockout)OTN, F(ight)OTN, etc. but... i dunno. T.Ross deserves some formal recognition for what he did last night lol. that entire sequence, before and after, on the floor and on the bench, played out like truly spectacular performance art

(damn look at them pics & gifs, man. u dont even have to be there to be there. what a moment . )

They already queued it up for the next Open Gym. Close-up on the bench too!
