God's will and Bynum eh? Ha....

Philly must have incurred God's wrath then for heinous sins.

On the Pacers, there is no delusion that he is the guy. He isn't going to EVER start over Hibbert. He will not be able to disrupt their locker room like he would have disrupted the Wizards locker room.

Guess we don't see eye-to-eye on this one CCJ.

Bynum doesn't like to play. Couple that with his injury issues, and I think it's a disaster. He doesn't like the game to rehab hard enough to get healthy.

Unfortunately I think this sounds quite a bit like Nene.

Instead of using the same logic and repeating personal attacks perpetuated by ESPN and other media; why not be objective?

Who's reading Andrew Bynum's mind to know what he likes?

Judge his actions.

I live in Ohio. I see Cleveland play a lot. I am judging by his actions. He's consistently out of shape, and everyone "in the know" repeatedly talks about his lack of passion for the game and lack of work ethic.

If he was so good, why did the Lakers let him walk? Even Phil Jackson couldn't get through to him for long.

I'd take him for the vet minimum because there really wouldn't be any downside. But that's just an exercise in mental masturbation. He wouldn't come here for the vet minimum.

He did just that.

Well at least we got two pages out of this and got to dream that the Wizards would actually make some kind of a move. Any move. Hell, I would take a Dougie move at this point.

So far the sum total of the moves the Wizards have made this year is.... sending Glen Rice to the DL for 3 games and calling him back up as an inactive player.

Now I know not many here would complain about that. At least they didn't made a bad move. But can't they even make a teeny small move. Cut Singleton so you can call up the DL players ? Do we even have cap room to do that ?

Or is it better to just keep what they have and hope Randy eventually gets comfortable enough with his established 7 man rotation that he is forced to start venturing out into Otto, Ves and Kevin. As such, any added player to the team might just be a distraction for him. Kind of like last year where any player added was a reason to not play Crawford at PG even though that was exactly what he should have done from day one.

Its interesting to consider for a moment what this team would feel like if tomorrow you woke up and they had a top notch HC running it. I would have a lot more hope for molding the team moving forward and making deals. They just feel so suck to me because I've convinced Randy will not be the HC next year so it just feels like they are running out the clock without a commitment to a direction.

I think the lack of moves lends toward them knowing Randy will not be back and its as likely EG won't be either.

You don't mess with the kind of grade-C basketball we're playing by acquiring "better players" or trying to "improve". We're riding this wave of mediocrity-at-best as long as it takes us.

Nabbed by the Pacers for spot C minutes during the playoffs. This is exactly how Bynum should be used, 5 min here and there.

Otherwise, "mental masturbation" would have given me about 5 funny/profane observations and jokes. :D

How was he going to disrupt the Wizards?

If Bynum's better than Hibbert, you better believe Big Roy is going to start calling out all kinds of MFers in future press conferences.

You got me good! :)

I felt all unholy and stuff, AFM. Thought my Redd Foxx "ain't gotta wash whole ass, just ass hole" joke might have be read by your wife and children. The stuff I say can get NC-17 and Mature in a hurry.

(Reminds me...my 11-year old saw me watching a biography on TLC and Left Eye Lopez. I knew was ask about her eye patch! )

The Lakers didn't let Bynum walk, they ended up giving up Bynum in order to get Dwight Howard.

Right now, as pointed out by the comments by those close to Luol Deng that Cleveland is a toxic atmosphere. I think Bynum still has the potential of working out. The risk isn't that high (isn't the most the Wizards could offer is the minimum?). I agree though that Indiana is a better fit for Bynum, I think Wittman would end up benching Bynum.

We need Will "The Wizard Killa" Bynum more than Andrew Bynum. Besides, we got Vino Seraphino from the Italian league playing for cheap, shooting over 60% the last 10 games, and playing good D. Not to mention Yonny Veceli doing his alley oops's off the bench.
