Upgrading Suns Tickets To Lower Level?

I remember reading a post here about an app that lets you upgrade your upper level tickets to lower before the game starts? Does anyone else have that info? Thanks

I think what you do is go on the suns iphone app like an hour-30 min before the game and there is an upgrade ticket option.
