It's that time of the season, when Battioke gives his inspiring speech that leads to a 34 game win streak.

This is the perfect matchup for Greg Oden. I'm guessing we'll see him play somewhere around 10-15 minutes.

Mind you Durant is doing this playing majority of his games against the Mighty West, LeBron although good, is doing this against piss-poor Weak East teams.

Durant is your MVP, with LeBron now moving up to #2 for me, and Paul George 3rd.

Excuse me, what the **** does "he's doing it against the west teams" even mean? Are you talking about team success or individual success?? Remind me who from the west are supposedly defensive juggernaut teams? Who from the west has a lockdown defender that can shut down the best SFs in the league?

Did you know that out of the top 10 defensive nba teams, 5 of them are from the east?

If you're talking about team success, that has absolutely nothing to do with your statement of "he's doing it against the west", I agree. Individual wise, you guys need to come up with a better argument. Especially if you're going down the strength of teams line. Lol

Anyways, durant is #1 in most people's rankings and his production will fall off. Lets see if it even matters though.. I'm curious if his lead in the MVP is even catchable.

I've been saying this for years now since LBJ and Chris decided to come, it's not about that MVP award but it's about who's holding up that trophy in June and that's all that matters to the Miami Heat organization. Durant had a great month but the MVP award isn't given for having ONE great month. I don't want LeBron using all of his energy pushing to be a 3 straight MVP, save it for the Playoffs Bron Bron.
