Let me be very clear with you. I'm not a workout guru or a nutritionists but I know a little about working out and nutrition. So what I'm about to share you can also do your own research since everything Im about to share depends on THAT INDIVIDUAL weight age and workout routine.
Again I'm only sharing my experience and knowledge.
For starters your mixing way too many things all at once.
Next. You might be lactose tolerant.
Most Protein are made from milk and most of them have lactose in them so mixing 2 scoops and Im sure your probably taking it with whole milk specially mixing it with Creatine is going to be pretty rough on your digestive system.
Next body can't absorb more than 20-30 grams of protein at a time depending on your weight too.
My recommendation which I usually take everyday and I don't touch Creatine .
Take one scoop of Protein powder and I usually take it with an egg white none fat milk one banana and one TABLE spoon of peanut butter and I add one TEA spoon Glutamine and I mix it with a little ice in the morning right after I wake up.
Now to your creatine.
Experts say which hasn't been really proven but it what majority of guys that take creatine claim is the best results. You should only take 20 to 25 grams of creatine depending on your weight (150 lbs) . So lets say if you weight 175 lbs then add 2 to 4 more grams. Take your creatine with either water or juice. Breaks down and tastes better that way.
The important thing about Creatine you need to understand is you only need 20 to 25 grams and it should be taken at a specific time. For example. You can take your protein when you wake up or better yet when you sleep or within 30 min post work out. Again I take it in the morning right when I wakeup BUT with Creatine you can take 10 grams lets say at 12 pm and again 10 grams at 6 pm. As long as your are taking 20 grams at SPECIFIC time everyday for 5 days a week and no more than 4 weeks then you shouldn't have any problems with it.
Again I don't like nor do I take Creatine.
Now if you want to know a nice stack that I take then here it is.

Before I train I take one tab

And make sure you eat clean. I try but lately I haven't since I am in my bulking phase/cycle right now so Im okay.
I promise you or whoever reads this. Take what I mentioned above and train hard and you will see some amazing gains/results.
But again it depends on your age and body weight. For me. Im 6.1 and I weight around 210-215 with 11.2 to 12.0% bft and winter time around 210-220 with 13.5% 15.0% depending on what time of the season it is.
