From A Blazers fan - Nice win!

Post#1 » by Strenuus » Tue Feb 4, 2014 3:10 am

Ya'll kicked our asses. You guys can make some noise. I was telling people that Seraphin could be sneaky good.

Good game. Good team. If Wall can hit that perimeter shot with consistency, you'll be a force.

Our team (The Blazers) are in trouble. Yikes!

Anyway, good game!

Thanks much. Always been a Rip City fan myself. Also, LaMarcus is soooo good.

Eh, you guys just played a little sloppy today. Still a helluva team ya'll have. LMA has to be in the MVP discussion. Was wondering, why no Wright tonight? Do ya'll prefer going small?

Also thank for the congratz.

That is true. We did play crappy. lol. Those turnovers were driving me nuts. LMA is in the discussion, but he won't win it. I'm fine with it. Dorrell shot himself out of the rotation. He's played maybe 2 times in the last 2 weeks. He was doing fine (and I was one of his last supporters on our forum)... but now he just can't hit anything, and he can't dribble... so he's pretty much on the end of the bench. Bringing CJ back did that too, although he himself isn't doing many favors.

I know our team is fine, but god damn it's frustrating! lol! Nice job on getting above .500... I just didn't want to be the team that it was against! AGH! :)

Thanks brother, this has been a looong time coming for us

Portland's turnaround in one year has been nothing short of incredible. Stotts is definitely COY. Lillard is clutch as hell, Aldridge and Batum super hardworking guys, Matthews and unheralded guard.. very likeable team

I was really impressed with the Blazers. First time I've seen them this year. Great, balanced starting five. Even Lopez (who is perhaps the ugliest NBAer since Dennis Johnson) is a good fit.

I wonder why they stopped going to LMA in the second. Guy is unstoppable unless his guards don't get him the rock.

I'm looking forward to seeing them make some noise in the playoffs.

Blazers have one of the best starting fives in the league. And Mo Williams off the bench makes a big difference from last year. But they need more from the bench. They're a piece or two away from their rotation being complete.

Still, you can go far off a starting five that good. It's as good as Indy's and Golden State's.

I think COY should be Hornacek. Phoenix without "stars" with so many young players can reach playoffs. Awesome job of their coach.

Nice seeing them beat the nix.

I think I'm kind of falling for them.
