Injured NO player Ryan Anderson, with 4:45 minutes left in the first half...just predicted that Korver's 3-pt streak will end tonight.

Bold stuff. This game is kind of boring, and I don't even think the announcers were otherwise watching the game.

We'll see.

And then they leave Korver wiiiiiide open, with plenty of time to take aim.

Don't brag if you're not planning on bringing it.

Nice thinking to get the 2 for 1 at the end of the half. I can remember complaining that we never used to realize when the opportunity came up. It's good to have an intelligent team.

DeMarre Korver and Kyle Millsap are killing it from 3. DeMarre, especially, looks very confident from 3.

We're shooting better from 3 than inside (50% to 39%) because they're that much longer than we are. Their length is killing us.

Mike Scott is not having a good game: his shot is off, his energy is poor and his attention is poor. He's finding out what it feels like to play a lot of minutes. Teague's not so sharp tonight, either.

And we just decided to give it away at the end.

Have I ever told y'all I love DeMarre Carroll? Guy hustles, plays intelligent ball, plays defense and, now that he's hitting his 3's, he just may be "discovered" by the rest of the NBA.

By the way, we haven't been playing poor basketball; our shots just haven't been dropping.

2nd night of a back-to-back, we ran out of steam. Teague, who actually had very good assist numbers, and Scott were slow tonight. They were moving their arms and legs, swinging them the way a man does who's aching all over - showing their frustration with their own bodies. Brand and Ayon were nothing special tonight. Korver was pretty much a ghost. Lou Williams had better numbers than I thought, watching. He bothers me more and more when he's in the game. Mack dragged along with the rest of 'em. I'm sure the injuries have forced these guys to play more minutes than they need to.

Millsap and Carroll delivered big time for us. They just didn't get any help.

He has indeed been a coup. The cure for the lackadaisical play we suffered from for years. He's been a real bargain as well. Sadly, I fear he is yet another player playing his way out of our price range.

I can't believe he'll be a free agent as soon as next summer. He's another guy I'd love to have around for a few more years.

I'm disappointed Dennis didn't get any burn in this game. Particularly since he's played well his last few outings.

His salary is just $2,557,545 this year and $2,442,455 next year. Can't cry about paying that, so I guess we'll have enjoy him while we can. Of course, if he keeps this kind of play up, we'll gladly stand in line to pay him.

This is what I was thinking. Dennis had a great 4th quarter against the Pacers and even led the charge in our comeback, sure he had that one bad turnover near the end but what kind of a message does it send when one turnover potentially undoes a full quarter of good work. I don't want him to become paranoid and hesitant like how Teague was a few years ago.

I would have liked to him to have played last night too, but lets not get out of hand on his performance against the Pacers. He had a nice pass and two hoops. He also had that horrible turnover, the turnovr on the travel when he was trying to do too much, and was over aggressive on d giving up that layup to hill at the end instead of just playing him straight up.

I do think its time he starts chipping away at Lou's minutes though. Lou has been a undersized shooting guard with a streaky jump shot and bad D that had an incredible knack for drawing fouls. His incredible knack for drawing fouls is now gone making him a one trick pony that lost his one trick. I would rather se Dennis get those minutes as he still has his passing and D to fall back in if his shot isn't falling.

Didn't realize Millsap is now 4th in steals, only Thad Young as a foward has more.
