Hey how come you didn't post at all after beating the Spurs despite you giving us no chance to win?

i posted plenty in that thread. and the spurs 5th stringers gave us all we could handle. i also made the prediciton before diaw was ruled out. i though with him and bellinelli that would be enough. it may have been

Oh so we have no chance at beating the Spurs without Duncan Parker Kawhi and Ginobili but as soon as Diaw is out we win easily?

who said easily? i thought the spurs had enough to beat us even with their big three out. their style and discpline is just a nightmare for us even without their studs. their style of play is tailor made to beat us. its not a coincidence they had beaten us like 20 of 21 games.

without diaw(who has played well against us) it got to a point where they just really didnt have enough to sustain things. but its not like we waxed them, they had their way with us for a good portion of that game

That 9th unit that was supposed to "easily put up 110 on us"

Kidd thinks hes Greg Pop or something pulling starters that early, i would make them suffer and force them to take the loss even after a win. This team gives up too easily

so we should be happy that we barely beat them? That game shouldn't have been close and the pistons are absolute trash and we got embarrassed by them.

I'm not saying it was an impressive win. Its It's just that Prok gave us no chance which I found funny considering we won relatively comfortably.

This has to be the worst team in NBA history to think it has the luxury to rest players whenever they feel like it. Garnett played 18 minutes versus San Antonio. Not 40, not 35, 18 minutes. He's averaging less than 22 minutes a night and rarely if ever plays more than 28 minutes in a game. You'd think he'd be good to go on a back to back agaist a team we really needed to beat.

Tim Duncan played 40 minutes versus the Wizards (god forbids Garnett plays anywhere near this amount), the Spurs have one of the best records in the league and parker/Ginobili were already missing the game so it made sense to rest Duncan in a meaningless game.

beating the spurs without their best players

losing to the Pistons afterwards

sounds about right.
