cool video on proper deadlifting form and why you should deadlift in the first place. i very rarely see people doing deadlifts at my gym, and when they do they are almost always doing it with bad form.
im trying to rework my deadlift from the ground up since no one ever really taught me how to do it properly.

And whats the big deal about valentines day? its just an arbitrary day concocted by a card company to drum up sales, its not like I get extra horny bc its val day.
i eat chocolate pretty much every other day of the year just to spite valentine's day

Went to the Monterrey Bay aquarium today. Its free for residents of Santa Cruz(40 dollars regular price) so ended up going with my team mates.
Also parents are coming over later tonight to visit so I've been cleaning the house non stop.
i've been to that one, its pretty amazing

EArL is on PCP...
That aside... I wish the Americans would just shut up and compete in Sochi... Kind of think they're all sounding like a buch of spoiled, entitled douches...
I get that the conditions may not be perfect but you're there to represent your country first... It's an honor... Own it no matter what.

My country did the wonderful job of dissolving the Olympic committee 6 months before the Olympics and all our athletes are participating as independent contestants. Imagine the disgrace of the 2nbd most populous country in the world not having a flag at the Olympics.

Trust me, unless you had a bot, even if you had been logged onto Nike at exactly the right time, you still wouldn't have gotten a pair.
With that said, you can buy a pair of red october's for 3.5k
If I didn't retire from the shoe game (outside of still collecting Kobe's) I would have gotten a pair and sold them to some hypebeast lol.

You're right... That does suck... If they win, they don't even get the national anthem do they?

Nope! That's assuming they win, we are usually elated to win a bronze in some obscure event most of the time.
