Kenneth Faried is still available at the right price as the NBA trade deadline looms, according to sources.

The Denver Nuggets were reportedly gauging the trade value of Faried before the season.

Faried is averaging 10.5 points and 7.6 rebounds this season.

Some of these titles are so weird..."Faried Still Available for Right Price"...I just picture the Denver Nuggets organization as the pimp and Faried standing on a sketchy corner, with other franchises' cars pulling up...asking for his services..."and how much is that going to cost me?"

If raptors could make a play and get him as their starting 4. I doubt Denver lets Masai steal away a talent for cheap, they know his ways too well.

Also amir and 2pat are playing nicely. I still think we need better than those 2, but they're doing alright for now.

He's a great fit for the Raptors, but I just don't see how Toronto can make a deal work. Would Terrance Ross and Pat Patterson get it done? I doubt it. Toronto isn't trading Valunciunas.

I wouldn't trade Ross quite yet. Hes isnt even close to his full potential.

Faried is averaging 15.3 points and 11.1 boards per 36 minutes. Thompson is averaging 12.9 and 10.2.

Faried is shooting 54.7 percent. Thompson is shooting 45.5 percent.

Faried has a TS% of 56.2 and an eFG% of 54.7. Thompson has a TS% of 50 and an eFG% of 45.5.

Faried has a total rebound percentage of 16.5. Thompson has a total rebound percentage of 15.8.

Faried is averaging .139 WS/48. Thompson is averaging .071.

Faried is better than Thompson.

He's shooting at a much higher percentage and his other stats are almost the same while playing almost a quarter less basketball per night and his team is much better as well.

Trading Ross for Faried would be very very dumb. Maybe Patterson/Vasquez for Faried/Hamilton/Randolph + 2nd round pick? Faried/Hamilton/Randolph all have contracts that TOR would want to give them flexibility.
