That or maybe he was working on mouth stretching exercises so that he can shove more food in his mouth at once for when he hits the post game buffet.

Don't think he needs to do that, he already developed his eating habits in the offseason.

Amazing GIFS. The difference between a winning team and a losing one is that one of them actually WANTS to win.
Well not really. It's a talent level. Once you start losing and can't break through, you start giving up.
Felton wants to succeed and do well. He tries hard. At least he used to. Now he realizes he's not a good player anymore.
don't know if he used to try hard, but he certainly does not seem to be doing it now.
and i doubt he realizes he is as bad as he is. he appears very delusional regarding himself.
Oh I definitely think Felton plays hard and pretty much still plays hard. Give most players sub-par NBA skills and they will start getting discouraged.
I never really bought the "Michael Jordan / Kobe Bryant just want to win so badly" -- of course competitiveness helps and with guys like JR, his lack of competitiveness is a huge problem. But put MJ or Kobe in Felton's body and they'd be yawning too, after playing 50 games of bad basketball.
Talent first, mental approach second.

ok, i'll giver you that he might be playing hard still most of the time, and he just does not have the talent.
but The yawn™ is a clear sign that at that point he had no juices running.
i do not give you that a kobe or a MJ, even with felton's Nutty professor body, wouldn't still be competitive, especially in OT in a close game

Re: Raymond Felton seen yawning during Knicks
in all seriousness, it's not a big deal that Felton yawned.
Speaking from my own experience, I am an avid weight-lifter. Sometimes in the middle of an intense chest workout, I will yawn for no reason whatsoever.
Bottom line, it's not something you can control and it does not directly mean your not interested (or whatever some are inferring from it). I guess it "looks bad" but people really gather false assumptions about his yawn.
With that said, eh had some awful turnovers and he really sucks haha

Well I don't know about all of the details. But after repeated and proven failure, almost everybody looks for an escape hatch or loses interest in the project. Felton wants to help the Knicks win but he's just not good enough.
I think he's terrible. But among him, Tyson and JR, I like Felton the best because I actually think he does care. Tyson is more concerned about not being personally embarrassed -- which is happening more and more because the dude basically sucks and gets the business from any big body with some skills -- and JR doesn't care about anything much except perhaps being a regular jackass.

Would love to blast Felton here but sometimes I yawn during intense workouts. This has actually caused problems being apart of martial arts classes cause sometimes I give off the vibe I'm half assing things when I'm working hard.

I think there is some scientific basis to the idea that yawning is related to the body's need for oxygen. Read it or heard it once. So if you're working out or nervous, a yawn is the body's way of catching up on oxygen intake. Obviously it happens when you're tired too, and not breathing deeply enough to maintain adequate oxygen.

That is possible but I think blaming Felton for being bored of the play being drawn up is a lot more....better for us Knick fans. We need to put our anger at someone and at this current juncture it is Felton.

This is probably on the level of Melo resting his eyes on the bench a few weeks ago.
Not a biggie of course, but it is funny considering the circumstances and the individual.

Funny thing is yawns are contagious. I was sitting watching and yawning myself...but thats an expected reaction of a fan watching this team. Sad

As per Chris Herring:
Fredette was the fifth player to log career-high against Knicks this season. Belinelli, Lance Stephenson, Evan Turner & Brandon Knight, too.

Re: Raymond Felton seen yawning during Knicks
Oh no...... I yawned while at work before.
Maybe this means that I don't take my job seriously...
...or perhaps I was tired. Maybe lack of oxygen.
What could this all mean???
Damn... I think I might have yawned on my wedding day too.
I need to rethink my entire life.

This is on THJ. Shump barely played in the 2nd half.
Timmy had no idea how to just stand next to a guy

THen you didn't watch the game. THJ wasn't the one guarding him during his 15 pt explosion in the 2nd.
