Personally I don't know if anyone gets a better deal than Washington, the trade nets them Monroe and (I calculated it a while ago but forget now) they enter 2014 summer with about 30 million in cap room. Obviously some of that goes to Monroe and if they can't keep him the deal sucks, but seeing that he played college ball in the area and they have a great young core...really shouldn't be a hard sell. Also Stuckey gives them the backup point guard they've wanted for the playoff run.
Downside for Detroit is they're stuck with Gordon and Smith's combined bad contracts for a while but it probably makes them a better team short-term with long-term upside in Porter and the 1st (I did just realize the Wiz gave up their 2014 1st for Gortat though so this pick would have to be a 2016).
