He doesn't have to be Hakeem or Duncan on the block - just develop 1 solid move with 2-3 counters and he'll be in 20 ppg territory. By the time he's 23 or 24 he'll be beasting on people at both ends. Especially if we surround him shooters as opposed to chuckers.
The bigger question will be his FT shooting. He needs to at least get into that 55-60% territory just to keep defenses honest. I'm not as worried about his range because he should be able to either back people down or use his quickness to go around them. It certainly wouldn't hurt to be able to knock down a 10-12 footer, but with his physical tools I think he could be pretty difficult to defend regardless.
I definitely agree with you here, Cow. Drummond can easily eclipse the 20 PPG average with the right players around him, and more development to his low post game. He doesn't need to be Duncan, just a solid hook shot and a few counter moves.
With his FT shooting, he seems like he's finding a better rhythm for it. They seem to have a softer bounce to them. I think he's improving to at least being a bad FT shooter, opposed to an abhorrent one.
