I realise we live in an instant gratification society where everyone wants everything done yesterday but at some point in time people need to wake the F up and understand that anything worth having comes after the hard work has been done.

The last few years have been terrible but we have our future staring us in the face.

Monroe + Drummond gives us something few...hang on NO team has: 2 All-Star calibre big men.

The league is full of star guards...the buggers are everywhere! But legit quality bigs? They're rare...they're so rare that GMs pony up big dollars for any 6'10"+ clown that can walk and chew gum at the same time!

And we've got TWO of them! Why on Eartg would we part with them for some random SF that will "balance" the roster? It's really not that hard to find a reasonable swingman that can hit a 3.

Any GM with any sense knows what needs to happen here. Dre and Monroe are the foundation we should build around

For starters, neither one can do anything outside the paint but the biggest reason is that we don't want to have Drummond guarding PFs out on the perimeter while leaving Monroe alone to protect the rim, it's really not that difficult to figure out.
