It is time!

Time to make a move for a true point guard.

I love George Hill, but I want him as a combo guard - 1st small off the bench.

We need a true ball handler and distributor. Having Paul and Lance handle the ball is leading to far too many turnovers and they lack the ability to run an offense. Lance has better ability than anyone else on the roster, and when he is good we win, unfortunately he is still VERY inconsistent.

Can we make a splash for Rondo? Would Lance / Danny get the call started?

It's been time to get a True Point Guard. Pacers are going no where with a Point Guard that cant pass. a Center that cant Rebound or Shoot the ball and Power forward that cant play Defense or Rebound.

I remain unconvinced that Hill is the problem although turnovers certain are a huge issue. I think PG is trying to do too much. for that matter everyone is probably pressing. we're certainly in a bad stretch here. does anyone connect it to increased PT for Granger? have other teams just realized that they need to press the tempo against us?

I think teams have realized how to beat us. Pick an roll us to death and just run the court all night and you will beat the pacers

My problem with Hill is that he chooses not to take over game when he can and should while guys like Stephenson are running wild and should be restrained. Hill on the other hand is too passive for my taste for a point guard and the team does really well when he shows up on the offensive end.

I think that Vogel needs to give minutes to rasual butler and copeland instead of granger an scola. Those two have not been producing at all lately

don't disagree. I just don't think the solution to that problem is trading Hill. I see it as Vogel's job to control Lance and push George.

I don't think the problem is with Hill either. Night in night out the +/- stat shows the starters winning and the bench losing. In theory our bench should be a big competitive advantage but I think the numbers bear out that it is not. Scola has been ineffective for the better part of the last two months. It looks to me like father time is sending a message. Granger hasn't hasn't yet had a consistent impact on games. Its a little scary to think that with less than thirty games to go the Pacers probabaly need to be taking a vary hard look at Scola's and Granger's roles along with assessing Bynum's ability to contribute.

I see that as a much bigger problem than George Hill. We've already got a luxury tax problem moving forward. Attempting to upgrade on Hill and incurring the cost that would likely follow seems like a total non-starter.

I am intrigued by Lance, but the more good games that he has, the more he tries to take over...When he takes over, we lose when he struggles and he is very inconsistent.

Is it just me, or has CJ Watson turned into me-J Watson? It seems that the second unit struggles more due to him than anyone else.
Paul George needs to stop handling the ball so much. The less he handles, the fewer the TOs.
What happened to the inside out game with Hibbert and West that was so successful early in the season?

I attended the game last night and was thoroughly disappointed by the bickering and in-fighting among the players. What the hell is happening to the team unity?

I feel we let the hype get to us. We now cry about every call, feel the turnovers are the fault of everyone else not being where they should be, ...

There is no unity on the floor, we get selfish when we struggle, and everyone wants to score when they get the ball rather than working for good shots.

How many time in the past 4 weeks have we had a 1 on 3 break and pulled up for a 15-25ft shot with no one under the basket for the boards...Lance, Paul, and CJ especially.

Run the offense through West and Roy in the post...kick out of the double team, swing to the open man and get a good shot.

Sorry for ranting, but since 1/1 I have been extremely frustrated with watching this team...we have been average at best, but want the respect of a championship team...win it first!

Look for Evan Turner to handle the ball quite a bit with the 2nd unit, as well, now.

So, we should be pretty glad that we don't have any of the players that you're describing :D
