I think Matt Holliday, Michael Cuddyer and Carlos Guillen are all underrated for hitters.

John Lackey, Randy Wolf, James Shields and Pat Neshek (calling him the best reliever in baseball isn't all that ridiculous, actually) are all very underrated pitchers.

And for some reason my fellow Yankee fans don't want the trade to happen.

Lord, yes. My bad. I fixed the message.

(Note: I used the word "Lord" as an expletive. I am not under the impression that you are actually Jesus.)

Javy Vazquez is another underrated pitcher; aside from his disastrous stint in NY and first two seasons in the bigs, he

Pat Neshek (calling him the best reliever in baseball isn't all that ridiculous, actually)

Yes, yes it is.

I mean nevermind your right, Neshek is definitely better than these scrubs:

B. Wagner
F. Rodriguez
T. Saito
J. Nathan
JJ Putz
BJ Ryan
C. Meredith (so underrated, probably because he isn't the closer)

Pat isn't even the best on his team, but you wanna call him the best, no.

Some relievers that have been very good this year that aren't on that list are H. Bell, F. Cordero, J. Accardo, J. Broxton, J. Smith, A. Otsuka, B. Lidge, R. Dempster, B. Myers, H. Okajima.

Back on topic, hippie has a fairly good list, and better than the original so he wins.

Who said he wasn't?
This is what I said:

How does that equal better than Neshek again?

Although simply put wow if you think he's better than Myers.

JJ Putz, for sure.

He's hardly ever mentioned by non-Mariners fans, yet he's been arguably the most dominant closer in baseball up until this point of the season.

James Shields

Aki Iwamura

Shields is 6-0, and could be 10-0...Aki is batting .337 and plays a gold glove 3B.

James Shields has been mentioned twice but I'm just saying it again so you get the gist.

Fun James Shields fact - he hasn't left a game when trailing, all year. Brian Stokes has single handedly lost three games for him, though.

Ryan Church - It only took three seasons but the Nationals finally realized this guy can hit and deserves a spot in the everyday line-up.

Him and Frank Robinson weren't exactly boys.

From the original list I definitely agree with Carl Crawford. He is a monster that doesn't get nearly enough recognition.

Putz was so horrible as a setup man that I thought the closer experiment would fail. The other shoe hasn't dropped yet, though. He must relish the role.
