you can be 20 and still be 1 and done, just fail a few grades then bam your a 20yr old college freshmen, same goes for 17yr olds that graduate high school, they'd have to stay 3 years in college before they're 20

I think this is the answer. Imagine if we had a D League team, and could keep the rights to guys like James Southerland, Toy Daniels, to develop and then move on up. Talented guys like Jeremy Lamba and Terrence Jones needed the D League seasoning and its done wonders for their careers.
