Wow. So both are going to be free shortly no nothing. Amazing.
Singleton should be cut immediately and Udrih signed as insurance (if he were willing to take that role). Then sign the best shot blocker/rebounder you can in the d-league.
I think Miller is enough for the PG part and he adds a post scoring game we will see more off. Plus he is durable so not sure we need more insurance there.
I think what they need to add is some speed at the guard. Someone with some handles. If that is not Glen Rice and he doesn't have a future on the team then move on. Now that they have two less question marks to integrate into the team (Maynor/Ves) lets see where the remaining pieces fit or don't fit. This team had to many question marks all at once. Its tough to build that way.
One nice things about not being seen as a non playoff bottom tier team or even a stage 1 rebuild team is that its a lot easier to bring in legit mid level talent to try out at fair or cheap contracts. That's a powerful asset to have.
So they have about 10 more games to figure out how to tweak this thing. If Glen, Singleton and Otto aren't going to be a part of it this year, find some players that can. They have an open roster spot and can create more by cutting Glen and Singleton if needed.
