2/26 Star of the Game
A nice win against the Rockets in LA

I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

collison stepped in bigtime in the second half, and i was concerned he would get burned by Harden... turns out it was the other way around.

Collison was huge down the stretch, but anybody not voting for Griffin tonight is just experiencing voter fatigue. Blake was awesome for four quarters.

I agree. I was initially tempted to go with Collison precisley because of his impression of Crawford down the stretch, but Blake was steadily a handful for the Rockets throughout the game. He not only posted a double-double with 23 points and 16(!) rebounds, but filled out his stat line with 3 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block as well as led all players with a +20 rating. He was a, if not the, key facilitator with 6(!) offensive rebounds, which also led all players by a wide margin, in keeping plays alive and also bringing the ball up the court to make plays for himself and others as the defense had to focus on him.
Eric Nielsen, ESPN (2/26/14)
MVP: Blake Griffin has taken the sixth-most field goal attempts in the league this season, and Wednesday he hoisted 25. He had a game-high 23 points (on 11-for-25 shooting) and 16 boards. Terrence Jones couldn't handle him so Houston tried Dwight Howard and Omer Asik, to no avail.

Arash Markazi, ESPN Los Angeles (2/26/14)
Hits: It was another big game for Blake Griffin, who had 23 points and 16 rebounds, extending his streak of 18 straight games of scoring at least 20 points. DeAndre Jordan had 13 points and 10 rebounds while Chris Paul had 14 points and nine assists. Darren Collison, in relief of Crawford, closed out the game and finished with 19 points.

Re: 2/26 Star of the Game
Collison was great, but Blake was awesome. I think there were a ton of NBA Scouts at this game (getting ready for the playoffs) and Blake just wanted to show who's arena it was.
Blake is the MIP of the league, hands down no questions asked, of course they will give to someone else bit he now is a super star!

Re: 2/26 Star of the Game
Good to see Blake was aggressive and was kind of spoiled by his high efficiency in other games but Blake did have a great game. Just think DC picking up the Crawford scoring load and dominating the fourth was huge.
