Aside from the obvious need for an NBA quality GM, the Wizards also need a coach upgrade before they can be considered a decent FA destination. If the Wizards make it to the playoffs and lose in the first round, hopefully this becomes a possibility. Wittman gets them to play hard, but he is not a quality in-game coach. I expect this will become very noticeable during the playoffs.
