Nets lost by 44 last night.

Collins will wear 98 in honor of Matthew Sheppard...who's mother will be at the game. That's probably going to be the biggest storyline to this otherwise mediocre game.

I don't like how the media is making a huge deal about Collins. The guy has been gay his whole life, it's not like this is the first season he's played being a gay man. Of the 10+ years of him playing, I'm sure some of his teammates knew.

IMO it's not a big deal, who cares if he's gay and why would that matter in sports.

Anyway, luckily most people will be asleep for this game. At least our young guys will get experience playing in a national televised game.

Bold Prediction: Fournier scores 30.

Chandler is out with a hyper-extended knee.

It's grabbing attention because he's the first gay guy out playing...not just because he's gay. It's great that you and I and lots of other folks don't care that he's gay but you have to acknowledge that not too long ago being gay wasn't as accepted as it is today. Also good press for the NBA.

Thought I'd watch my first Nuggets game in a month, and no not worth it. I wish we could just skip this season and go to the draft.

Here is a positive way to look at: Nuggets get humiliated on national/international TV, there is a better chance the NBA will rig the draft lottery and use the Knicks pick, so we can get either the 1st or 2nd pick in the 2014 NBA draft

The Chicago Bulls are close to signing Jimmer Fredette, according to sources.

A deal is not complete but there is serious mutual interest between both sides.

I don't understand how you can get paid millions of dollars per year to do something you "love" and put up this kind of effort.

A High School team can do better than this, or at least TRY.
